RECURRING COMMISSION
A share of what they pay us, every month.
15% of the net support revenue we actually receive from the client, before VAT. Software licences, hardware and one-off project work are excluded. It starts when they sign a qualifying support agreement, and it's payable once their payment has cleared — not when we raise the invoice.
It keeps coming for as long as they stay a REONEX client, including qualifying renewals. No cap, no expiry, nothing to renew. We'll confirm your rate in writing before anything starts, and it's locked to your referral even if the default changes later.
